This Tiger Swallowtail fluttered through my yard a while ago and sat nicely for a picture!
They are such large and beautiful butterflies! What a treat to watch them in Spring.
Spring has past and Summer is on its way.
One more week of school for my kids.

Heidi, This butterfly is gorgeous and looks like it is wearing a tiny orange crown or headdress! Great composition and lovely balance of colors.
